Carolina A & T State University will host its annual 2009
University Day Academic Expo at the Alumni-Foundation Event Center,
which is located at 200 N. Benbow Rd., Greensboro, NC, 27411. The Expo
will be held on Saturday, November
7, 2009 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for
high school juniors and seniors . The check-in time will begin at
8:00 am and the program will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
During the 2009 University Day Academic Expo you will have an opportunity to visit with the Deans and Faculty from the respective colleges, and meet with staff from the Offices of Enrollment Management, Center for Academic Excellence, Student Affairs, and Athletics and mingle with students.
Your local NC A&T Alumni Chapter will be taking students to University Day. Seating is limited! Please contact Katriel Holloway at 413-1547 if you are interested in the bus trip leaving from Raleigh 7:00am and returning at 5:00pm.

The Young Epidemiology Scholars Competition go to www.collegeboard.com/yes for information on how to enter. Deadline for submission is 2/1/2010.
NCSU College of Textiles Centennial Scholarship Open to students who are interested in the fields of engineering, business management, chemistry, polymer chemistry, forensics, medical, international studies, design apparel, sourcing, fashion, merchandising or retail management as these are the concentration areas of the Textile programs at NCSU. Apex High can nominate two students to be considered for this scholarship. Deadline to express an interest in this scholarship is 10/28/09.
